Electronic Device for remote monitoring and control with onboard sensors and GPS localization.
The system is installed directly on the target device and communicates via a 4G SIM card using the Internet for data transfer.
It can connect to an external PLC and communicate in Modbus.
This system revolutionizes waste management, improving operational efficiency and the performance of the machinery that uses it.
The device allows data transmission to a cloud using the MQTT protocol, collected in the field by the 2BiTS board. Using MQTT, it is possible to configure, control, and update the board completely remotely. Available in various configurations and customized setups, it can be integrated into tailor-made client projects. The system transmits data in real time and offers various features such as:
- monitoring of power status,
- tracking of working hours,
- detection of sensor states connected in both analog and digital manner,
- emergency alarms
- interaction via modbus with an external PLC.
