The product lines for ATE developed by the Testing Semiconductor division include all phases from design to the realization of LoadBoards for testing devices both in package and on silicon wafer.


The products of the STD division are delivered turnkey (from design to on-site installation), according to the stringent specifications of the client. For confidentiality reasons, it is not possible to describe individual projects in detail; however, we are proud to have collaborated with multinational companies to create:

- Boards for room temperature and temperature tests, necessary to validate products with automotive certification (-40°C / 150°C).

- Custom board layouts up to 60 layers, developed with various tools depending on project complexity (Allegro, Pads, Altium, etc).

- Boards for the automotive and industrial markets

- Boards for high voltage testing (up to 2,000V)

- Creation of custom mechanics internally developed to support our boards

- Quality control and internal rework when necessary

From the design of the device, 2BiTS supports the client with a team of engineers and highly specialized CAD technicians in the study and design of test boards for semiconductor devices, then proceeding with assembly and post-ASSY checks.
